You have the right to be informed, and to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as rights relating to automated decision-making, subject to the conditions in applicable law.
How to make a request
To make a data-subject request, email hello@synergi.com with the subject “Data request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. There is normally no fee.
Verification and timing
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, to protect your data. We aim to respond within one month, and will let you know if a complex request needs longer.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or a request, you can contact us to resolve it, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
